whenever I’m on a treadmill and I start to get really tired I always have to tell myself, ONE MORE MINUTE YOU CAN DO THIS
then that minute comes
and I say OKAY ANOTHER MINUTE, LET’S GET TO 29 minutes or whatever it is
So motivational. Talk about a huge change.
Just makes me remember that there are girls who have started at higher weights than me, that are skinnier than me now..Pushing myself at the gym today fo sho.
